Posts, reviews, advertising, customer email and reporting. Most businesses buy these from four or five companies that do not share a single record between them. PRATA runs all five off one database, on one machine in your own office, connected to whichever platforms your business uses.
A real person gets back to you, usually the same day.
Five jobs, one system, one purchase. They share the same records, so the customer who left you a review is the same customer on your mailing list. Section 02 opens each one up, with screens from live installations.
Everything you put on social, planned once and sent out on schedule, on every platform you use, from one calendar.
What it doesReviews watched around the clock, with a reply drafted in your words and waiting for your approval.
What it doesOne form sets up a campaign across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and reports what came back.
What it doesNewsletters, promotions and reminders sent from your own machine, with no charge per message.
What it doesPosts, reviews, ad spend and email results on one screen, per brand, updated as things happen.
What it doesNo add-on modules, no higher tier holding something back. Every installation gets the whole system.
What it doesFive plates per node. The ones with a source path are screens from live installations. The rest are marked as placeholders and are being photographed.
You decide what to say and when. It writes each post to suit the platform it is going on, puts everything on one calendar, and sends it out on schedule.
| Publishes to | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. TikTok and X on request. New platforms added as they matter. |
|---|---|
| Wording | Written per platform, in your voice. Leave any field blank and Autocaption fills it. |
| Media check | Photos and video are checked against each platform’s format rules before the post goes out. |
| Takedown | One tap pulls a post back down across every channel it went to. |
| Failures | A post that fails to publish is reported to you and to us. |
Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer $99–249 per login, monthly

A review comes in on a Sunday. Within minutes a reply is written in your words and waiting on your phone. You read it, approve it, it posts.
| Watches | Google, Facebook and the review sites that matter in your industry, around the clock. |
|---|---|
| Drafting | A reply written to fit the rating and what the customer said. |
| Approval | Nothing posts until you approve it. Reviews needing a person get flagged instead of answered. |
| Solicitation | Happy customers are asked for a review, with star-rating links and threshold routing. |
| Record | Every review, reply and approval is stored on your own machine. |
Birdeye, Podium, Reputation.com $299–449 per brand, monthly

Every ad platform runs its own console and none of them work alike. One form here covers all of them: name it, set the budget and the dates, describe the idea in a rough line.
| Builds on | Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads from a single form. |
|---|---|
| Copy | Written per platform from your one-line idea, in your brand voice. |
| Budget | A daily cap and flight dates. Outside those dates nothing spends. |
| Negative prompt | A field for what to keep out: a competitor, a phrase, a tone. |
| Reporting | Spend and results shown next to your organic posts, on the same screen. |
An agency retainer $500–2,000 monthly

Your customer list is a file on a machine you own, and email goes out from there. Growing the list costs nothing extra, because nobody is metering it.
| Sends | Newsletters, promotions and appointment reminders. |
|---|---|
| Segments | Customers grouped by what they bought, when they last came in, or how they reviewed you. |
| Pricing | No charge per message and no tier by list size. |
| Storage | The list lives in the database on your own machine. |
| Portability | Moving your list elsewhere means copying a file. |
Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo $50–350 monthly, rising with list size

Four separate tools means somebody assembles the numbers by hand. Here they share one database and line up on their own.
| Shows | Posts, reviews, ad spend and email results on one screen. |
|---|---|
| Breakout | Per brand, where you run more than one. |
| Self-monitoring | The system checks itself and reports anything unusual to us, usually before you notice. |
| Export | Raw figures download as CSV whenever you want them. |
| Your data | Nothing is aggregated, resold, licensed or used for model training. There is no telemetry. |

Captioning, resizing, scheduling, drafting the fourth version of the same email, sitting in an ad console turning off features you never asked for. That is the work that keeps an owner stuck in an admin role. PRATA hands it to AI so you can spend the time on the parts that grow the business.
Before anything goes live we train it on how your business speaks. Your services, your customers, your terminology, how formal you are, what you would never say. No two installations share the same training, so the shop down the road never gets your voice.
We strip the tells on the way out. The em dashes. The "not just X but Y" construction. The three-adjective run. The padding that circles a point without landing on it. We hold this page to the same rule, so you can check the claim by reading it.
Every draft passes content gates and quality checks before it appears in your queue. Anything that fails gets rewritten or flagged rather than published.
Turn on human sign-off for any channel, or all of them. Nothing posts until you tap approve. Everything is editable. The drafts are a starting point, not a decision made for you.
Most AI marketing tools produce filler because they run the same prompt for every customer. That is a training problem rather than a model problem. We solve it by doing the training work per business, gating the output, and letting you overrule any of it. You are handing over the typing, not the voice.
What these five jobs cost bought separately, for one brand with four staff logins, at each company's published rate.

Published 2026 rates, held flat for the whole period, which is generous to them. The PRATA figure is the one-brand purchase charged once, plus four dollar renewals. Optional service packages are not included.
A small dedicated computer, roughly the size of a paperback, that sits in your office and does nothing else. It draws 27W at maximum, comparable to a single LED desk lamp, and runs headless with no monitor or keyboard attached.
We are not a hardware reseller and we take no margin on the machine. You see the invoice, around $325 all-in for a single-brand installation, and you own the hardware outright. Marking up a computer we did not manufacture is not a business we want to be in.
If you already have a machine you would rather use, or your IT people have a preference, we will install on it. The minimum is 8GB RAM, a 64-bit ARM or x86-64 processor, solid-state storage and gigabit ethernet. Talk to us before you buy anything. Nothing about the system requires you to buy hardware from us.
A shelf, a closet, or a back office. Under a square foot including the battery backup, with a couple of inches of clearance for air. One grounded outlet and one LAN port is the whole requirement. Not a switched outlet, and not a strip that gets powered down at close.
Every service restarts itself and recovers unattended after a power cut. Faults are reported to us before you would notice, and we fix them remotely. On a service package, hardware repair and replacement are covered with no separate bill. Without one, both are quoted at standard rates.
Thirty minutes. We ask how many brands you run, what accounts exist, and who needs to use it. You get a fixed price on the call.
We send a checklist of what we need: the social accounts, the review profiles, the ad accounts, and a named administrator for each. This is the part that takes the longest, and most of it is waiting on those administrators.
We come out, connect the machine, wire up every account, and stay until your posts are scheduled and your reviews are being answered.
One session with your staff, plus a recording for anyone you hire later. Then it is yours to run.
The software is bought once and the license renews for a dollar a year, permanently, written into the agreement. That dollar carries versioning of PRATA base: platform upgrades, integration maintenance, and the API revisions that keep your connected accounts working. Work that is specific to you sits outside it. New seats, teams, brands or locations, custom apps, workflows built for you, extra capabilities and additional data-security work are all quoted separately, either by the job or through an optional service package. None of that is required. The machine is yours, nothing checks in with us for permission to keep working, and the system runs the same either way.
Leave your email and a real person gets in touch, usually the same day. Bring your brand count and your current bills and you will know your exact price on the call.
The setup checklist and a plain summary of all five, to read on your own time.
Download the PRATA install prep document and we will take 10% off your installation.
The prep document tells whoever runs your marketing exactly what we need before install day: which accounts, which access, which details. Businesses that arrive prepared get set up without interruptions, which is better for you and cheaper for us. So we split the difference.
We send them the same document and nothing else. Your discount applies either way.
The code is yours whether or not you buy. A real person will follow up to see if you have questions.
