Your posts, your reviews, your email and your advertising, all handled by one small computer in your own office. Bought once, not rented month after month from four different companies.
A real person gets back to you, usually the same day.
Tick the ones you pay for and set your size. Every rate is the vendor's own published 2026 price. The left column is what they charge you every month, for as long as you use them. The right column is one purchase.
One page with your numbers on it, ready to hand to whoever signs the checks. No phone call.
Every rate above is the vendor's own published 2026 price, held flat for the whole period. Holding them flat is generous to them. PRATA figures are the one-time purchase from Section 05 plus the dollar renewal.
All five share the same information, so the customer who left you a five-star review is the same record as the customer on your email list. Four separate subscriptions can never do that.
Sit down once a month and lay out everything you want to post. It writes the wording for each platform, puts it all on one calendar, and posts on schedule to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, with TikTok and X on request. Change your mind and one tap takes it back down.
Whichever platforms your business uses. New ones added as they matter.
A review comes in on a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes a reply is written in your words and waiting on your phone. You read it, tap approve, and it posts. Nothing goes out that you have not read first.
Every ad platform runs its own console and none of them work alike. You fill in one form here: what you are advertising, who should see it, what you want to spend. It builds the campaign on each of them.
Newsletters, promotions and appointment reminders, sent from your own machine. Your customer list is a file on a computer you own. Nobody charges you more when the list gets bigger.
One screen showing what went out, what people responded to, what the ads cost, and how the reviews are trending. It also checks on itself and tells you if anything stops working.
There are no extra modules to buy and nothing held back for a more expensive plan. What you see here is what gets installed.
Read about each oneA multi-location client runs their whole marketing operation from a machine in their own building. Posts go out, reviews get answered, campaigns get sent. The queue below holds 175 real reviews across 30 pages. Your installation is configured to whichever accounts and platforms your business uses.
A normal day on the system. A month of posts scheduled, reviews answered, a campaign sent. Filmed on a live installation, not on a demonstration build.

One brand, four staff logins, published 2026 rates, no price rises assumed. The PRATA year-one figure is the one-time purchase in Section 05. Optional service packages are not included in any figure here. Slide the table sideways on a phone.
Three separate things get priced, and only the first two are ever required. Below: what you pay once, what you pay yearly, and what is optional on top.
The software license is $2,450 at every tier. It does not go up with your size. What changes between tiers is the installation, because connecting six brands to six sets of accounts is six times the work of connecting one. Hardware is passed through at what it costs us.
One brand means one set of accounts: one Facebook page, one Instagram, one Google listing. If several shops share the same accounts, that is still one brand. If each shop has its own, each one counts.
Paid once, at installation. One set of accounts, however many shops share it.
Paid once, at installation. Up to three separate sets of accounts.
Paid once, at installation. Up to six separate sets of accounts.
Paid once, at installation. Scoped after we look at what is involved, then fixed.
Every figure above is charged once, at installation, and does not repeat. A brand added later is $400, once.
We do all of the work in the right-hand column. It is charged separately, either by the job or through a service package, and none of it is required. The dollar keeps PRATA base current. That is its whole job.
If you would rather have hands-on work on tap than quoted job by job, there is an annual package. It is optional, it has always been optional, and it is not included in any figure anywhere else on this page. Skip it and the system runs exactly the same.
Without a package, all of that is still available. It is quoted per job at standard rates.
If you send hundreds of thousands of emails a month, you want a dedicated email company instead. And if you have one brand, no staff, and all you need is something to schedule posts, a $20-a-month tool will do the job. We will tell you that on the call rather than sell you something you do not need.
Because we are not built like the companies you are comparing us to.
The platforms you are paying now took hundreds of millions from venture funds and hedge funds. That money has to come back with interest, and it comes back out of your monthly bill. We are privately held. No fund is waiting to be repaid, so nothing forces your price up every year.
Enterprise software prices carry the cost of the people who sell it. The reps, the quota, the commission. Our prices are printed on this page. You are not paying for a discovery call.
A subscription includes their servers, their bandwidth, their storage, forever. Yours runs on one machine we hand you at cost. After that the hosting bill is your electricity.
We build marketing systems for a living and got tired of paying thousands a month for software we could see was overpriced. This is the thing we wanted to buy and could not find.
Being online stopped being optional, and so did the work that comes with it. The businesses doing it by hand lose twenty hours a week to uploading, captioning, scheduling, building emails and setting up campaigns, while subscription software bills them a month at a time for the privilege. You should not have to rent the tools that run your own marketing. You should be able to own them, on your own hardware, and we are trying to make that as affordable as we can.
Three reasons. We are privately held, so no venture fund or hedge fund is waiting to be repaid out of your monthly bill. We have no sales floor, so you are not paying commission on your own purchase. And you are not renting our servers. The system runs on one machine in your building, which we supply at cost. The software is not cheaper because it does less. It is cheaper because our costs are lower and nothing obliges us to grow a subscription number every quarter.
Yes, and it is written into the agreement you sign. You buy the software once. After that the license renews for one dollar a year, permanently. No increase in year three, no clause tied to how much you use it, no fee that appears later. Read the agreement before you sign. It says exactly that.
Versioning of PRATA base. When we ship a new version of the platform, your installation gets it. When a connected platform changes its API, we do the integration work so your accounts keep publishing. That is what the dollar covers, and it covers it for everybody on the same schedule. What it does not cover is anything specific to you: new seats, new teams, new brands or locations, custom apps, workflows built for you, extra capabilities, or additional data-security work. We build all of that, but it is priced separately because it is built for you and not for the base platform.
No, and you never have. It is $390 a year for one brand, $790 for two to three, $1,290 for four to six, and it is not included in any price on this page. It buys hands-on help without a per-job quote, hardware replacement, priority on custom and expansion work, and a lower rate on scoped jobs. Without it you get all the same work, quoted job by job at standard rates. Either way the system runs identically and the dollar renewal is unaffected.
Yes. The machine is in your building and it does not check in with us for permission to run. There is no activation server and no switch on our end. If you ever stopped hearing from us entirely, your posts would still go out and your reviews would still get answered. That is the practical difference between owning something and renting it.
No. The machine needs one grounded outlet and one cable to your router, and we handle both when we install it. It runs headless, with no monitor or keyboard, and nobody on staff ever touches it. After that you are using an ordinary website on your laptop or phone. We train your staff in one session and leave a recorded walkthrough for anyone you hire later.
The system checks itself continuously and reports anything unusual to us, usually before you would notice it. Support runs through TanFlag, the company that builds and installs it. We patch and fix the platform remotely, and that maintenance is carried by the dollar renewal. On a service package, hands-on help and hardware replacement are covered with no separate bill. Without one, both are available at standard rates.
That is fine. It has always been optional. Everything keeps working exactly as installed and you keep getting version upgrades and integration maintenance, because those come with the dollar renewal rather than the package. What changes is that hands-on work and hardware replacement get quoted by the job instead of being on tap.
Every installation is finished within seven days of your deposit clearing. How the week gets spent depends on your size and how many brands you are bringing. A single brand is quick, several take more coordination, mostly waiting on account administrators. The seven days holds either way. We do not leave an installation until your posts are scheduled and your reviews are being answered.
Two documents cover the deployment model, security posture, network and egress specification, and everything a site needs before installation. Open either one here, or read the sections written for your role.
Single-tenant deployment, zero inbound ports, the operator boundary, data custody and the maintenance model. Written for technical assessment.
One outlet, one LAN port, under a square foot of shelf. Plus the egress rules and pre-installation checklist for sites under managed IT.
Check the numbers are right, then we send the full comparison to you and to whoever signs off on the spend.
Leave this blank if you would rather forward it yourself.
A real person will follow up to see if you have questions.
