Posts, reviews, advertising, customer email and reporting — all of it on one small computer in your own office. You buy it once. The license renews for a dollar a year and never goes up.
Two questions and we send your figures. A real person follows up.
Count sets of accounts, not buildings. Five shops sharing one Facebook page is one brand.
We never sell your details. A real person will follow up to see if you have questions.
Set the two numbers to match your business. The red panel is what your current vendors charge. The green panel is what PRATA costs.
Estimates based on published 2026 rates from Hootsuite, Birdeye, Mailchimp and HubSpot. Not a binding quote — you get a fixed price on the call.
Plan a month in one sitting. Goes out on schedule to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X — and whatever comes next.
A reply drafted in your words within minutes of a review landing. Nothing posts until you approve it.
One form sets up a campaign across Google, Meta and TikTok, and reports what came back.
Newsletters and reminders sent from your own machine. No charge per message, no tiers by list size.
One screen for everything above, per brand, updated as things happen.
A small computer supplied at our cost, installed by us, owned by you. Battery backup included.
You buy the software once. The license renews for one dollar a year, permanently, and that figure is in the contract you sign. There is no third-year increase and no clause tied to how much you use it. The machine is yours, it does not check in with anyone for permission to keep working, and support after the first year is optional — the system runs either way.
Because we are not built like the companies you are comparing us to.
The platforms you pay now raised hundreds of millions. That money comes back out of your monthly bill. TanFlag is privately held.
Enterprise pricing carries reps, quota and commission. Our prices are on this page. You are not paying for a discovery call.
A subscription includes their data center forever. Yours runs on one machine we hand you at cost.
It is not 2016. Being online is not optional, and neither is the work that comes with it. Businesses doing it by hand lose twenty hours a week to uploading, captioning, scheduling and building campaigns, while subscription software bleeds them a month at a time. You should be able to own the tools that run your marketing, on your own hardware. We are trying to make that as affordable as we can.
We are privately held, so no investor is waiting to be repaid out of your monthly bill. We have no sales floor, so you are not paying commission on your own purchase. And you are not renting our servers — it runs on one machine in your building that we supply at cost. It is not cheaper because it does less.
Yes, and it is written into the agreement you sign. You buy the software once. After that the license renews for one dollar a year, permanently. No increase in year three, no clause tied to usage, no fee that appears later.
Yes. The machine sits in your building and does not check in with anyone to keep working. There is no remote switch. Your posts go out and your reviews get answered whether or not you ever speak to us again.
No. The machine needs a power outlet and a cable to your router, and we handle both at installation. After that you are using an ordinary website on your laptop or phone. Training is one session, with a recording for anyone you hire later.
Every installation is finished within seven days of your deposit clearing. How the week gets spent depends on your size and how many brands you are bringing, but the seven days holds either way.
The system checks itself and reports anything unusual to us, usually before you would notice. Support runs through TanFlag, the company that builds and installs it. The first year is included; after that it is optional and covers updates, help, and replacing the machine.
If you send hundreds of thousands of emails a month, a dedicated email company will serve you better. And if you have one brand, no staff, and only need something to schedule posts, a $20-a-month tool will do the job — we will say so on the call rather than sell you something you do not need.
Two questions and we send your figures. A real person follows up — no autoresponders.
Download the PRATA install prep document and we will take 10% off your installation.
The prep document tells whoever runs your marketing exactly what we need before install day — which accounts, which access, which details. Businesses that arrive prepared get set up without interruptions, which is better for you and cheaper for us. So we split the difference.
We send them the same document and nothing else. Your discount applies either way.
The code is yours whether or not you buy. A real person will follow up to see if you have questions.
